My Coffee Machine
Hey,
I have a sunbeam em6900r (r = red) and have been missing it like crazy. Why you ask? Well it started to spew hot steam out the back of the group handle while it was starting to extract. I thought it was the group head seal and got hold of one from the sunbeam service centre here in Brisbane. Because you don't get any doco, I ended up stuffing it up by not removing the 2nd shower head. I then called the service centre back but they had run out. This was in late october/early november last year. I called Sunbeam directly last week and got the seal from their main service centre in sydney. I installed it correctly after finding the symantics on the web but it still spewed hot steam etc like before. Bugger. I then tighened the copper bolt which holds the 2nd shower head in and stripped the bolt head off :(
I am now hoping my lovly wife will take it in to the service centre to clean up my mess....
Good Coffee to follow

The Coffee Trees
Hey,
Went to my parents place over Christmas and looked over my coffee plantation, 24 K7 trees, which are all doing extremely well. They are flowering for a 2nd time in 6 months and their are more cherries each time. Most are over 51/2 feet and have not lost one since I planted them near two years ago.
I hope this year will produce more cherry and that they flower around the same time so I can pick them in one go. It is possible to get "flower syncronisation" but that requires irragation and not quite so much rain as Mt Tamborine.
Have a Great New Year all.
